Our titanium alloy Gr 5 tubes are made from 90% Titanium, 6% Aluminium and 4% Vanadium, thereby making them strong mechanically. The alloy has a density of 4.43 g/cm³ and a melting point of 1632°C (2970°F). It exhibits a tensile strength of 138,000 Psi (950 MPa) and a yield strength of 128,000 Psi (880 MPa), with 14% elongation, making it suitable for demanding applications.

The UNS R56400 Gr5 Ti Alloy Tubing is used in oil & gas, heat exchangers, fluid transfer systems and boiler applications. Our tube adheres to ASTM B338, ASME SB338 standards, ensuring quality and durability. Available in lengths such as Single Random, Double Random, Standard & Cut Lengths, with a size range from 6.35 mm OD to 152 mm OD and thickness from 0.020″ to 0.220″.
