Our SS 304 Capillary Welded Tubing consists of carbon (0.08%), manganese (2%), phosphorus (0.045%), sulfur (0.03%), silicon (1%), chromium (18-20%) and nickel (8-11%). It undergoes solution heat treatment at 1900°F (1040°C), ensuring a tensile strength of 75 ksi (515 MPa), yield strength of 30 ksi (205 MPa) and a minimum elongation of 35%.
