Grade 304L offers superior weldability and excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion making it useful for demanding environments.
Stainless steel 304l coil tubing is made with a low carbon content of 0.035% max providing excellent weldability and corrosion resistance. It contains 18-20% chromium and 8-13% nickel. Ensuring durability and strength. With a tensile strength of 75,000 Psi and a yield strength of 30,000 Psi, it offers high performance. Its 35% elongation enhances flexibility, and the 1400°C melting point ensures stability in extreme environments.
