Our SS 304 Capillary Seamless Tubing is produced with 18-20 % Chromium and 8-11 % Nickel and has high corrosion resistant ability. The tubing has an outside diameter of 2.0mm to 8.0mm with a wall thickness of 0.2mm to 1.5mm. We also offer it in different lengths depending on the customer’s preference. The material has a tensile strength of 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa and a minimum elongation of 35%. It is heat-treated at 1900°F (1040°C) to enhance durability.
