Neeka Tubes is a prominent manufacturer and supplier of Stainless Steel 310 Welded Pipes that meet the highest quality standards and are resistant to high temperatures and corrosion. Our SS 310 Welded Pipes are produced from an austenitic stainless steel having high chromium and nickel content and provides high corrosion resistance, high strength and high toughness. These pipes are widely used in heat exchangers, furnace components and high-temperature processing equipment due to their exceptional performance and reliability.
Stainless Steel 310 Welded Pipe consists of a maximum of 0.25% carbon, 2.0% manganese, 1.50% silicon, 0.045% phosphorus and 0.030% sulfur. It has chromium 24.0 – 26.0% and nickel 19.0 – 22.0% which gives this alloy the ability to withstand corrosion and oxidation. The material used has a tensile strength of not less than 515 Mpa and a yield strength of not less than 205 Mpa, thus making it very strong and efficient. The 1.4841 welded pipes are available in sizes ranging from 5.0 mm to 1219.2 mm, with various length options such as single random, double random, standard and cut lengths to meet diverse application needs.

Features of Stainless Steel 310 Welded Pipe
- High Temperature Resistance: SS 310 welded pipes handle extreme heat up to 1150°C without losing strength. The high chromium and nickel content keeps the structure stable. Furnace parts and heat treatment equipment depend on this capability. These pipes won’t sag or deform under constant thermal stress.
- Superior Corrosion Resistance: The alloy composition fights off oxidation in harsh chemical settings. Acidic gases and corrosive fumes won’t damage the pipe walls. This protection extends the service life in industrial plants. You get reliable performance even in aggressive atmospheres.
- Density & Thermal Conductivity: These pipes have a density of about 8.0 g/cm³, similar to other austenitic steels. Heat moves through the material at a controlled rate. This property helps manage thermal expansion in piping systems. Temperature changes happen gradually without shocking the structure.
- Easy Weldability & Fabrication: The material joins cleanly using standard welding methods like TIG and MIG. Neeka Tubes provides pipes that fabricators can work with confidently. It can bend and cut them to fit specific layouts. The welded seams stay strong under pressure and heat.
- Resistance to Sulfidation & Carburization: SS 310 stands up to sulfur compounds that destroy ordinary steels. Carbon absorption at high temperatures doesn’t weaken the pipe structure. Petrochemical refineries use these pipes for this exact reason. The material maintains its properties in sulfur-rich and carbon-heavy environments.
Stainless Steel 310 Welded Pipe is widely used in chemical, petroleum and gas industries for handling high temperatures and corrosive environments. It plays a crucial role in agriculture, mechanical and civil engineering industries for structural and process piping. The 310 Stainless Steel Welded Pipe is ideal for heat treatment furnaces, power plants and exhaust systems due to its oxidation resistance. Its high strength and durability make it suitable for demanding industrial applications. Additionally, it is used in food processing, pharmaceutical and marine industries for its excellent corrosion resistance.
