Titanium Grade 5 Nut is a fastener which has low density, high strength and good corrosion resistance and is made from titanium with aluminium and vanadium. These nuts are widely used in different industries since they possess high strength, heat resistance and are very durable.
Our Ti Gr 5 nuts are made of 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium and possess a high strength and are also resistant to corrosion. They meet the ASTM B348 & ASME SB348 specifications and can be manufactured in accordance to ASTM, DIN, BS, GB & IS sizes. They are available in nominal sizes M3/M56 or 3/6” to 2” and lengths of 3mm to 200mm, but can be adjusted as per the requirement. It has a density of 4.43 g/cm³ and melting point of 1632°C and tensile and yield strength of 138000 and 128000 Psi respectively to ensure the best performance.
