Our titanium Grade 2 Nut is made up of titanium in a percentage of 99.2% whereas the other elements present in minimal quantities are carbon, iron, hydrogen, nitrogen and oxygen. It is available in sizes from M3 to M56 with lengths up to 200mm and conforms to ASTM B348 and ASME SB348. These Ti Alloy Grade 2 nuts are characterized by density of 4,5 g/cm³ and melting point of 1665 0C thus very resistant to heat. They offer tensile strength of 49900 Psi (344 MPa) and yield strength of 39900 Psi (275 MPa), making them ideal for high-stress environments.
