Titanium Grade 5 Nut is a fastener which has low density, high strength and good corrosion resistance and is made from titanium with aluminium and vanadium. Our Ti Gr 5 nuts are made of 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium and possess a high strength and are also resistant to corrosion. They meet the ASTM B348 & ASME SB348 specifications and can be manufactured in accordance to ASTM, DIN, BS, GB & IS sizes. They are available in nominal sizes M3/M56 or 3/6” to 2” and lengths of 3mm to 200mm, but can be adjusted as per the requirement. It has a density of 4.43 g/cmΒ³ and melting point of 1632Β°C and tensile and yield strength of 138000 and 128000 Psi respectively to ensure the best performance.
