These titanium Grade 2 Flanges are of high strength and can be easily welded. Due to their resistance to oxidation and harsh environments, they are suitable for use in applications where longevity and minimal maintenance are essential.
Titanium Grade 2 flanges contain 99.2% pure titanium, with small amounts of carbon (0.1%), iron (0.3%), hydrogen (0.015%), nitrogen (0.03%), and oxygen (0.25%). It has tensile strength of 49,900 Psi (344 MPa) and a yield strength of 39,900 Psi (275 MPa). Available in sizes from 1/2″ (15 NB) to 48″ (1200 NB) DN10~DN5000. These flanges are available for Class 150 to 2500 LBS, making it suitable for most pressure applications.

Packaging & Marking Details
Our ANSI B16.5 Titanium Gr 2 Flanges are properly and safely packed in wooden cases and bubble wraps to prevent any damage. We also offer packing according to the customer’s requirements. Each flange is marked with the manufacturer’s name, size, material grade and manufacturing date to ensure that one can easily identify it and verify whether it is of the right quality.
Quality Tests and Certificates
Quality tests consisting of Tensile, PMI, Pressure and Hardness examinations are performed on our Ti Alloy Gr 2 Flanges. The product is certified to NACE MR0175, NACE MR0103, BS EN 10204 3.2, and MTC EN 10204 Type 3.1 standards.
