Features of Titanium Gr.2 Bolts
- Superior Corrosion Resistance: Ideal for marine and chemical industries due to its resistance to oxidation and chlorides.
- High Strength to Weight Ratio: It has high strength while at the same time light, making it ideal for use in aerospace and medical industries.
- High heat resistance: The material can endure high temperatures and does not degrade under heat stress.
- Non-Magnetic & Biocompatible: Suitable for medical implants and electronic applications due to its non-reactive nature.
- Easy Fabrication & Machining: Designed for precision engineering with excellent formability and weldability.
DIN 3.7035 Stud Bolts are also used in marine applications because it is highly resistant to corrosion in seawater. They are also applied in chemical processing, aerospace, medical and automotive industries where lightweight and high strength are required. The Titanium Gr 2 Hex Bolt is resistant to chlorine, organic acids, nitric acid and chlorides, making it an excellent choice for industries handling bleaching compounds and metallic chlorides.
