Our ASTM A312 TP316 Stainless Steel Polished Pipe contains Nickel 10.00-14.00%, Chromium 16.00-18.00% and Molybdenum 2.00-3.00% thus making it highly corrosion resistant and strong. It also has 67.845% min of Iron, 2.0% max of Manganese, 1.0% max of Silicon, 0.08% max of Carbon, 0.045% max of Phosphorus and 0.030% max of Sulfur to increase the productβs strength and ease of cutting. With a tensile strength of 515 MPa and yield strength of 205 MPa, It is supplied in different sizes ranging from 6mm to 101.6mm, wall thickness of 0.5mm to 3.5mm and various length options, the stainless steel has a tensile strength of 515 MPa and yield strength of 205 MPa.

The mechanical tests that we provide include hardness, chemical, PMI tests, macro test and hydrostatic test. Our products come with essential certifications such as Certificate of Origin, Material Test Certificates, Raw Material Test Reports, Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), Heat Treatment Charts as well as ROHS Certificates.
