Neeka Tubes is a leading supplier of Titanium Grade 5 Pipe, offering high-quality solutions for various industries. Titanium Gr. 5 Pipe (UNS R56400) is a high-strength, lightweight alloy that has exceptionally high corrosion resistance. It is used in many industries because of its strength and efficiency to perform. Some of the finishes that we provide include Brushed, AP (Annealed & Pickled), BA (Bright & Annealed) and MF and our pipes meet international standards.
The ASME SB338 Pipe is manufactured as per ASTM B337 / ASTM B338 standards. We offer sizes ranging from 5.0 mm to 1219.2 mm, it is supplied in single random, double random and cut lengths. It contains at least 90% of titanium, 3.5-4.5% of vanadium and 5.5-6.75% of aluminum to provide high strength. The density is 4.43 g/cm³ and the melting point is 1632°C (2970°F). It has a yield strength of 880 Mpa and tensile strength of 950 Mpa and the elongation of 14%.

Advantages of Titanium Gr 5 Pipe
- Durability & Ductility – Have high tensile strength and are known to be much lighter than steel.
- Corrosion Resistance – These pipes exhibit outstanding resistance to oxidation, seawater, and acidic environments.
- Heat Resistance – They are not deformed or damaged by high temperatures.
- Weldability – Can be welded using TIG, MIG, and other welding processes to produce good quality welding joints in structural fabrications.
- Durability – Non-corrosive, non-fatigued, and non-impact material which has a long life cycle and requires little maintenance even under harsh conditions.
Titanium Grade 5 Pipe, also known as Ti-6Al-4V pipe, is applied in aerospace, marine, chemical processing, medical implants, and sports equipment. It is well suited for use in heat exchangers, aircraft structures and parts, and offshore oil drilling equipment because of its high strength and ability to withstand harsh conditions.
