Ti Alloy Gr 5 Pipe Fittings are made of 90% titanium, 5.5- 6.75% aluminum, 3.5- 4.5% vanadium and a small amount of carbon (0.10 max), nitrogen (0.05 max), oxygen (0.25 max), hydrogen (0.015 max) and iron (0.40 max). These fittings have high strength, corrosion resistance and durability that makes them suitable for use in high-stress applications. The tensile strength is 138,000 psi (950 MPa) while their yield strength is 128,000 psi (880 MPa). According to ASTM B363 / ASME SB363 standards these fittings are manufactured for usage in numerous industrial applications with sizes ranging from ½” NB to 24″ NB.
