Titanium Grade 2 Wire consists of 99.2% titanium with maximum content of carbon (0.1%) and iron (0.3%), hydrogen (0.015%) and oxygen (0.025%). The specified composition delivers outstanding resistance to corrosion and maintains high material strength. This material delivers a tensile strength of 49,900 Psi (344 MPa) together with a yield strength of 39,900 Psi (275 MPa). The ASTM B863 and ASME SB863 certified product exists in lengths between 100 mm and 6000 mm while its diameter spans from 10 mm to 100 mm.

The Titanium Gr.2 wire has to undergo several tests such as tensile test of area and hardness test, chemical analysis and PMI which includes the evaluating of micro and macro spectro analysis. We provide Manufacturer TC in accordance with EN 10204/3.1B, Raw Materials Certificate, 100% Radiography Test Report, Third Party Inspection Report and Standard certificates like EN 10204 3.1.
