Ti alloy Grade 2 fasteners are composed primarily of titanium (99.2% min) with additions of carbon (0.1% max), iron (0.3% max), oxygen (0.25% max), nitrogen (0.03% max) and hydrogen (0.015% max). These fasteners exhibit excellent mechanical properties with a yield strength of 275 MPa and tensile strength of 344 MPa. Our titanium grade 2 bolts & nuts are available in lengths ranging from 3 mm to 200 mm and sizes from M10 to M36. We manufacture them in square, hex, threaded rods and round form and comply with IS, BS and ASTM standards.
