Our titanium alloy Gr 2 pipe is manufactured per ASTM B 337, ASME SB 337, ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards. It comes in sizes 4 to 219mm with a wall thickness of 0.5 to 20mm and lengths in single random, double random and cut length. It has a density of 4.5 g/cmΒ³ with a melting point of 1665 o C (3030 o F) and yield strength of 39900 Psi (275 MPa) and tensile strength of 49900 Psi (344 MPa) with elongation of 20%.

They go through hardness, pitting resistance, flattening, chemical analysis β Spectro analysis, flaring, micro & macro, positive material identification, intergranular corrosion and mechanical tests to confirm their strength and durability.
