Packaging, Delivery & Marking Details
We maintain safe packaging for titanium grade 2 round bar to avoid any damage during transport. Titanium alloy bars are properly packed in wood crates or bubble-wrapped so that they can be safely transported. The complete details regarding the grade, size and heat number are marked on every product, making the products traceable while meeting the clientsβ specifications.
Quality Tests & Certifications
Every Titanium round bar that we provide undergoes a series of tough quality tests. Typical quality inspections include chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing for tensile and yield strength, hardness testing, ultrasonic testing for internal soundness, and dimensional checks to confirm tolerance accuracy.
