Titanium Grade 5 Sheet is a high strength alloy with 6% aluminum, 4% vanadium and other elements such as carbon, nitrogen, iron, hydrogen and oxygen. This alloy features both alpha and beta phases in its crystalline structure making it suitable for annealed and solid solution heated conditions in various industries.
Our titanium Grade 5 Plate is manufactured per ASTM B265 / ASME SB265 standards and meets AMS 4905, AMS 4911 and DMS 1592 specifications. Available in lengths of 2000 mm – 6000 mm, widths of 1000 mm – 2000 mm and thicknesses of 0.3 mm – 20 mm, it offers flexibility for various applications. It has a density of 4.43 g/cm³ and its melting point is 1632 0 C; it also has tensile strength of 138 000 Psi, yield strength of 128 000 Psi and 14% elongation.
