ASTM B348 Gr 5 Rod is an alloy composed of 90% of titanium, 6% of aluminum and 4% of vanadium with minor compositions of carbon, iron and oxygen. This combination provides great strength and sturdiness to the structure. The minimum tensile strength of this material is 950 MPa and the minimum yield strength is 880 MPa. These bars are available in EN, DIN, JIS, ASTM, BS, ASME and AISME standard. The width varies from 5mm to 500mm, diameter from 0.1mm to 100mm, length from 100mm to 3000mm with other sizes on request.

Packaging
To avoid any damage to the Titanium ASTM B348 Grade 5 Threaded Rod during transportation, we make sure that it is packed securely. The bars are covered with water proof materials and wooden crates and fastened properly. We also offer packaging services according to the customers’ preferences.
Marking Details
All UNS R56400 titanium hex bars are shipped with grade, size, heat number, and manufacturer’s information markings. Any other markings can be added according to the customer’s requirements. Proper labeling also helps in tracking and meeting all the set standard requirements.
