Neeka Tubes is supplies molybdenum rod with diameters ranging from 0.029 ″ to 4.0″ or more. We can cut moly rod into customized lengths based on the diameters of the rod chosen by customers. The rod surface conditions include black, ground and polished. The black surface rod is fabricated by undergoing either the swaging or drawing machine or both. Afterward, a black and thin layer of oxide adheres to the finished rod. The ground surface rod is further processed by passing through the centerless grinding equipment which can remove the black oxide. CHEMETAL USA specializes in the manufacturing of molybdenum rod. We understand that top quality control is crucial to manufacturing products that satisfy our customers. Due to this, we have put a great deal of attention on monitoring every single step starting with the beginning of the forging to the end of the examination.
